A mute/unmute command has to be implemented in order to complete the moderation functionality of the moderation portion.
The mute command should have a system in place that allows timed mutes, such as the timed bans in the already existing ban command. The mute command should function via a role that simply denies the Send Messages permission in a majority of the channel.
